If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before we process and ship your order. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes related to your purchase, which will be collected at checkout where required by law.
We ship orders within the United States. Shipping times and costs are estimated and not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for details on rates, free shipping thresholds, and estimated delivery times. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order — such as damaged goods, missing items, or quality concerns — please contact us and we will do our best to help. Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion.
If you subscribe to a product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule selected at signup. You may skip a shipment or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid that charge.
