Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)
An essential vitamin for energy metabolism and nerve function.
Vitamin B12 is essential for red blood cell production, DNA synthesis, and the maintenance of the nervous system. Deficiency is common — especially among older adults, vegans, and people on long-term acid blockers.
What it is
We use methylcobalamin, the bioactive form of B12 that your body can use directly. Cheaper supplements often use cyanocobalamin, which the body has to convert.
How it works
B12 acts as a cofactor in energy metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Adequate B12 supports natural daily energy levels without acting as a stimulant.
