Green Tea Caffeine
Natural caffeine extracted from green tea leaves — cleaner than synthetic.
Caffeine is the world's most widely-consumed stimulant. We use caffeine extracted from green tea leaves rather than synthetic caffeine — the same molecule, but with a smoother subjective onset and no harsh aftertaste.
What it is
Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors in the brain, reducing the perception of fatigue. Paired with L-Theanine, the experience is calm and focused rather than jittery.
How it works
Caffeine reaches peak blood concentration about 30–45 minutes after ingestion and has a half-life of roughly 5–6 hours. Consuming after early afternoon can disrupt sleep onset even in those who don't 'feel' it.
